Acanthus is a vigorous perennial plant with tall white flower spikes and a strong architectural shape. This plant has an attractive architectural art presence and its flowers can be used in both fresh and dried arrangements. Leaves of this acanthus plant are carved on the top of Greek and Roman pillars.
